Ingredient

1 Cup

Poha

1 inch

ginger

1 tbsp

lemon juice

2 tbsp

Oil

To taste

Sugar

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash poha and keep to side

* Step 2

Place coriander leaves, chillies, ginger and mint into the mixture to make a paste

* Step 3

Grab a pan to heat the oil, add mustard seeds. Once starts popping add curry leaves then add the paste and saute for few seconds.

* Step 4

Add the washed poha into the pan. Mix for a few mins and add salt.

* Step 5

Add lemon juice and sugar and mix well.

* Step 6

Garnish with coriander leaves and kaju.
