Crispy baked fish filets

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat oven to 425°F.

* Step 2

On large plate, place 1/2 cup flour. In large bowl, Crack 4 eggs and beat. Combine 1.5 cups panko, 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, 2 tsp garlic powder, 2 tsp paprika, 1 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp oregano, salt, and pepper. Place on large plate.

* Step 3

Place each filet in the flour, then eggs, then panko mixture. Place on cookie sheet.

* Step 4

Bake fish for 15-20 minutes.
