Banana Bread

Ingredient

egg

3/4 cup

sugar

1 tsp

vanilla

1/4 tsp

salt

1.5 cups

flour

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°. Place bananas on cookie sheet and poke with fork. Roast for 15 minutes.

* Step 2

Allow bananas to cool. Peel and add to mixer. Add butter, 1 egg, 3/4 cup sugar, 1 tsp vanilla, 1 tsp baking soda, 1/4 tsp salt, and chocolate chips. Mix until combined.

* Step 3

Add 1.5 cups flour. Mix until combined. Pour into greased baking pan. Bake for 55 minutes.
