Beef Noodle Casserole

Ingredient

4 oz

noodles

1 can (8.5 oz)

cream-style corn

1 can (10.75 oz)

condensed tomato soup

1 can (8 oz)

tomato sauce

1 jar (2 oz)

pimentos, drained

3/4 tsp

salt

1/4 tsp

chili powder

1/8 tsp

pepper

1 jar (4 oz)

mushrooms, drained

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Add olive oil to Dutch oven. Add beef and onion until beef is cooked through. Add red peppers until done.

* Step 2

Add creamed corn, condensed tomato soup, tomato sauce, pimentos, jalapeno, 3/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp chili powder, 1/8 tsp mustard, 1/8 tsp pepper, and mushrooms. Combine.

* Step 3

Place into Pyrex container. Sprinkle with 3/4 cup cheese. Freeze.

* Step 4

When preparing, thaw overnight. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook 4 oz noodles. Add to mixture. Cook casserole in 30 minute increments until done (160 degrees)
