Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a large skillet sauté your bacon, chopped onion and green pepper until soft, do not drain fat …….
* Step 2
Add to bacon and veggies your black pepper, crushed red pepper and garlic powder, sauté for several more minutes……. Remove skillet from heat when done ……
* Step 3
In a bowl whisk together your eggs, whole milk and salt, set bowl to the side ……
* Step 4
Spray a 9 X13 inch baking pan with butter cooking spray…..
* Step 5
Place your broken mini bagels at the bottom of baking pan ……
* Step 6
Pour your egg mixture all over mini bagels …….
* Step 7
Now place your cooked bacon and veggies all over eggs …..
* Step 8
Gently spread out your shredded cheddar cheese all over ….
* Step 9
Place several slices of tomato on top ……
* Step 10
Sprinkle some dried parsley flakes on top……
* Step 11
Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 30 - 40 minutes, or until eggs are set in the center when a knife is inserted ……
* Step 12
Let cool for about 20 minutes, cut into squares, serve with some salsa on top and enjoy 😉!
