Fire Roasted Shrimp Tacos
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Put the fire roasted tomatoes in a blender. Blend until less chunky.
* Step 2
Heat up olive oil in Dutch oven. Cook onion until half cooked. Add bell pepper and cook until both done. Add 1 tsp garlic and cook until fragrant.
* Step 3
Add fire roasted tomatoes, 1/2 cup salsa, shrimp, 1/2 tsp cumin, 1/2 tsp chili powder, 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper, salt and pepper. Cook until shrimp is done.
* Step 4
Add to tortillas. Top with cheese and cilantro.
