Glazed carrots

Ingredient

1 bunch

carrots

3 tablespoons

butter

3 tablespoons

brown sugar

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Scrape small whole carrots. Cook in boiling salted water until tender. Drain. Cook sugar,butter and 1/4 cup hot water together 5 minutes. Brush over cooked carrots and bake about 20 minutes in 375 oven. Baste with syrup.
