Ingredient

8 tablespoons

butter divided

1 teaspoon

oregano

1 teaspoon

basil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Melt 2 tablespoons butter add oregano and basil to butter brush entire duck. Stuff with lemon then remaining butter then orange in that order. Roast two hours @300 in an air fryer oven. Serve with current jelly
