Baked halibut with tomato sauce

Ingredient

2 cups

tomatoes

1 cup

water

1 slice

onion

3 tablespoons

flour

3/4 teaspoon

salt

1 tablespoon

butter

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cook these ingredients until thick,stirring constantly.

* Step 2

Strain. Place in baking pan. Pour sauce over fish, bake about 40 minutes basting often.

* Step 3

Have hot plate ready and serve immediately.

* Step 4

Use paprika and celery salt to season.
