Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Layer each of two bread slices with 1 slice cheese
* Step 2
Top with the apple and onoin
* Step 3
If desired sprinkle with pepper flakes
* Step 4
Top with the remaining cheese and bread
* Step 5
Spread outside of sandwiches with butter
* Step 6
In a large skillet toast sandwiches over medium low heat 3 to 5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cheese is melted.
