Foamy omelet

Ingredient

1/2 teaspoon

salt

4 tablespoons

Half and half

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Beat yolks until creamy add seasoning and milk

* Step 2

Beat whites of eggs until stiff cut and fold into egg mixture

* Step 3

Put butter in frying pan pour in omelet and cook slowly

* Step 4

When set and slightly brown place in broiler to dry top

* Step 5

Fold and serve immediately

* Step 6

Garnish with parsley and current jelly
