Egg soufflé ring

Ingredient

1 tablespoon

flour

2 tablespoons

butter

3/4 cup

milk

Pinch

salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Make white sauce not too thick of flour butter and milk

* Step 2

Separate eggs beat yolks add white sauce fold in stiffly beaten whites

* Step 3

Bake 35 minutes at 350 oven

* Step 4

Put wax paper over ring mold set in hot water

* Step 5

Serve with creamed mushrooms
