Ice box rolls

Ingredient

2 cups

milk warm

3 tablespoons

sugar

1/3 cups

shortening

2 packages

yeast

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Blend hot milk sugar salt and shortening cool

* Step 2

Add yeast and 1/2 of flour

* Step 3

Beat well

* Step 4

Add just enough flour to make a soft dough

* Step 5

Turn on floured board knead add flour if needed

* Step 6

Place in greased bowl spread with melted butter cover let rise 2 to 4 hours till double in size

* Step 7

When dough is light cut down through with a knife several times

* Step 8

Cover and place in fridge till ready to use

* Step 9

When ready to use remove from fridge make a not rolls place on greased pan let stand for 2 hours

* Step 10

Bake at 425 for 25 minutes.
