Banana rotti

Ingredient

Food ration :

4 servings
1.5-2 L

water

2-3 cups

rice flour

leaves

Curry

0.3 cup

jaggery

1 tsp

ghee

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a pan take water, once it boils add a tsp of ghee

* Step 2

Add chopped bananas. Once it cooks, add cumin seeds+chilli+jaggery+hing+curry leaves+coconut and mix well.

* Step 3

Slowly add rice flour and mix well until it reaches the consistency of rotti

* Step 4

Brush the base paper with oil. Take small portion of dough and enlarge it by keeping a plastic paper on top of it. Remove plastic paper and place the base with dough inverted on the pan and remove it once it’s sticker to dosa pan. Heat the rotti on both sides until it’s golden brown and serve with chutney
