Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take oil in pan. Add sesame seeds. Add ginger garlic and chillies.

* Step 2

Add spring onions and onions.

* Step 3

Add miso paste

* Step 4

Add rice

* Step 5

Add 1 tbsp light soy sauce and 0.5 tbsp mirin. (We use mirin here instead of wine because it is sweeter and this dish has a subtle flavor)

* Step 6

Add chopped bok choy.

* Step 7
