Quick idli breakfast

Ingredient

2-3 cups

Rava (sooji)

1-1.5 cup

Poha

As needed

Curds

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take 1-1.5 cup poha. Soak it in curds for 10 minutes.

* Step 2

Mix Rava (1.5x poha) in this mixture. Again let it sit for a couple of minutes.

* Step 3

Add salt and baking powder/Eno to the mix.

* Step 4

Prepare tadka: ghee, mustard, jeera, curry leaves,, ginger, green chilli, hing, udad dal. Add tadka to mix.

* Step 5

Line vessel with oil. Add the mix to the vessel and STEAM it in cooker till the idli is cooked.
