10 mins + 30mins before + 30 mins after

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cut brinjal into slices. sprinkle salt and keep aside for 30 mins so that it loses water. Wash the salt off and wipe it dry.

* Step 2

Set oven to preheat 400F.

* Step 3

In a bowl mix bread crumbs, flour and a little salt. Coat the brinjal with milk and dip it in the mixture to coat it well.

* Step 4

Bake for 30 minutes.

* Step 5

Eat as is or serve with any other meal as side dish. Recommendation: Spanish rice with white sauce.
