Mushroom pudding

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Set oven to preheat to 350F.

* Step 2

In a pan take butter and fry green chilies, garlic, onions, mushrooms. Add salt and pepper.

* Step 3

In a bowl mix milk, heavy cream, italian seasonings, mint, parsley, pepper and little baking powder.

* Step 4

Line a shallow dish with butter. Break bread into medium size pieces and fill up half of the dish. Top it with step 1 and step 2. Grate cheese on it.

* Step 5

Put dish in oven and take it out after 40 mins.
