Grilled mahi mahi tacos
Grilled blackened mahi mahi tacos with elote corn salsa and fresh black beans

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Marinate in seasoning and lime juice for 20 minutes
* Step 2
Heat traeger to 400 degrees use fine mesh grate. Remove from grill hot and spray with avocado oil add back to grill then grill for 5 minutes on each side.
* Step 3
Mix ingredients of elote salad and refrigerate until ready to use.
* Step 4
Mix ingredients of black beans in instant pot use pressure cook button for 50 minutes.
* Step 5
Heat canola oil medium high heat. Fry corn tortillas until lightly browned.
* Step 6
Plate tortillas, mahi mahi, elote salad, and garnish with green onion and queso Fresca eat with black beans also garnished with queso Fresca.
