Sup Kacang Polong/Green Peas Soup

Bingung mau masak apa karena waktu yg mepet (krn waktu kerja sampai jam 18.00) buat hari pertama berbuka puasa. Alhamdulillah adzan magrib disini 19.31, jadi masih ada waktu satu jam buat masak cepat. Resep ini sebenarnya ibu mertua biasa memasak, tapi seperti biasa resep saya ekspansi. Selamat mencoba! Ingredient

400 gr

mince beef

500 gr

green peas

4 cloves

garlic

3 cups

water

4 tbsp

olive oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat the saucepan, saute the diced onion using olive oil. Add minced garlic, saute it for 2 minutes. Add the minced beef keep sauteing it for 5 minutes./Panaskan panci, tumis bawang bombay yang dipotong dadu menggunakan minyak zaitun. Tambahkan bawang putih cincang, tumis selama 2 menit. Tambahkan daging cincang terus tumis selama 5 menit.

* Step 2

Add the green peas, diced carrot, bell pepper, and shredded corn. Saute it gently for 2 minutes. Add tomato paste, black pepper, paprika powder, and water./Tambahkan kacang polong, potongan dadu wortel dan paprika, serta jagung sisir. Tumis perlahan selama 2 menit. Tambahkan pasta tomat, lada hitam, bubuk paprika, dan air.

* Step 3

Once it boiled add the flour liquid, keep stirring it till the soup ready. Then add dry parsley and continue to cook for 2 minutes more./Setelah mendidih tambahkan cairan tepung, aduk terus hingga sup siap. Kemudian tambahkan peterseli kering dan terus masak selama 2 menit lagi.

Green peas soup is ready to serve to add lemon and yogurt to added deliciousness for the iftar./Sup kacang polong siap disajikan dengan menambahkan lemon dan yogurt untuk menambah kelezatan saat berbuka puasa. Happy Iftar! Selamat berbuka puasa!
