Peach Jalapeño BBQ Sauce
I like making & trying different BBQ sauces that aren't tomato based. This one is mildly spicy, but you can easily adjust to your preference by adding more or less jalapeño. Use as you would any BBQ sauce. Was delicious on our grilled pork tenderloin medallions! I'm looking forward to trying it as a dipping sauce for egg rolls and pork wontons! Yum!

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In medium saucepan saute the garlic, ginger and orange zest for 2 minutes, stirring, until fragrant.
* Step 2
Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to a gentle boil over medium-high heat, stirring. Reduce heat to medium-low. Continue cooking, stirring frequently, for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and cool.
* Step 3
You can leave it chunky or use an immersion stick blender to blend to your desired consistency. I blended mine about halfway so there are still some small bits in it. Store, refrigerated, in covered container.
