BBQ Beef Ribs
The first time I got this beef, I wasn’t sure how to approach it. I just knew that it looked good. I cooked it in a cast iron skillet on the stove and then put it in the oven. This time, I tried it on the grill. I really enjoyed the smokiness of the grill.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Put the herbs and spices on a plate. Don’t worry about exact measurements. Just be a little heavy handed with everything. Press the meat on all sides into the spice rub. Set aside and repeat with all of them.
* Step 2
Place on a hot grill. Be sure there aren’t flames spouting out of it. You want to grill it, not incinerate it. Flip occasionally and grill all sides. Use a meat thermometer if needed to cook to your liking. I like mine at about 145F for an internal temp. Remove and allow to rest 10 mins.
