Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Preheat oven to 350° F /175° C
* Step 2
Whip sugar and butter until fluffy
* Step 3
Whip in eggs, followed by the flour, vanilla, and baking powder
* Step 4
Grate the Apples with a Julienne peeler
* Step 5
Cut the Pears into pieces. Add Apples and Pears to the mixture.
* Step 6
Pour mixture into baking dish
* Step 7
In another bowl, crumble cold butter, sugar and cinnamon with hands until flaky. Add on top of the cake batter.
