Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cut the onion in large chunks. Crush and slice garlic.

* Step 2

Place all ingredients in a slow cooker, or sauce pan with a lid. Heat on low until chicken is fork tender.

* Step 3

Mash and pull chicken apart in the sauce.

* Step 4

You can serve on buns, bread, tortilla shells, or by its self.
