Slow Cooked Tangy Chicken Legs
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Add all ingredients to a big bowl and mix well. (just chicken and seasoning)
* Step 2
Add potatoes and carrots to slow cooker. Place drumsticks on top of vegetables and cook on low for 6 - 8 hours.
* Step 3
Serve drumsticks with potatoes and carrots and add shredded parmesan cheese on top of vegetables.
* Step 4
To crisp up / or to get darker add under the boiler for a few. I forgot to get a finished picture but they was darker than the top picture.
