Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In small bowl, beat the first 3 ingredients until smooth, then set aside.
* Step 2
In a 8x8 baking dish or pan, break up half of cookie dough, then press evenly in bottom of pan to form crust.
* Step 3
Spread cream cheese mixture over dough top with chocolate chips, With remaining cookie dough, crumble over the cream cheese mixture.
* Step 4
Bake at a 350 degree oven for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown and firm to the touch. Let cool, then cover and freeze until ready to eat
