#globalapron #lentil Everyone has one of their dishes they cherish from childhood.this is a simple curry from my mother and first ever dish i learned to make.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Pressure Cook split yellow pigeon peas,potatoes,chilli with adequate water,at least for 4 whistles.(soak split yellow pigeon peas in water for 30 minutes before cooking).once pressure is released,add turmeric and salt.add more water if needed.boil for 5 minutes.add curry leaves and pour oil over.serve hot with rice.
