Grilled Southwest Pork Chops
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Put all ingredients except pork chops into food processor and blend until smooth. Place pork chops in a large ziplock bag. Cover with marinade and refrigerate from 1-3 days, turning occasionally.
* Step 2
When ready to grill, remove pork chops from marinade. Pour marinade into a small saucepan, bring to boil, then lower heat to medium high and reduce to a glaze over a rolling boil.
* Step 3
Sear pork chops on both sides on preheated grill, glaze the chops with the marinade, then cook indirectly until no longer pink, about 10 minutes, depending on thickness. Turn at least once while cooking, and repeat glazing with each turn.
