I choose to cook lady’s finger with chicken for a change than cooking regular bhindi like frying or crispy ones or curry this is a twisted Version with chicken and it’s shallow fried healthy & tasty.do try & experience it ..!

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Firstly wash & clean lady’s fingers, then chop it 2 inch each pieces. set aside. next wash the breast chicken freeze it for 15 minutes. remove it & thinly slice the chicken. then chop tomatoes & onions as well as shown below. take a kadhai, add oil crackle cumin seeds then add onions, sauté until golden then add tomatoes,ginger garlic paste let it cook until softened.
* Step 2
Further add lady’s finger. fry with light hand then add all spices & chicken together. toss it carefully and cover the lid for only 5 minutes. later cook until oil separates. don’t stir vigorously. the lady’s finger will be sticky if overcooked.
* Step 3
Finally our aromatic & inviting stir fried chicken with lady’s finger is ready to serve with hot parathas or white rice..!
