Firstly add a splash of water on poha set aside further take a kadhai add oil roast cashews,raisins for few seconds remove it then pop in the soaked poha toss with regular spices add roasted cashews,raisins off the flame burner
* Step 2
Drizzle lemon juice & relish it.yummy poha mixture is ready to serve!
