water

1/2 teaspoon

salt

1/2 teaspoon

turmeric powder

2 tablespoons

raisins (kishmish)

2 tablespoons

ghee/ oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Firstly add a splash of water on poha set aside further take a kadhai add oil roast cashews,raisins for few seconds remove it then pop in the soaked poha toss with regular spices add roasted cashews,raisins off the flame burner
