Incredibly delicious & healthy milk in all Muslim families this drink is prepared during the first month of our Islamic new year and we relish it with family & friends it’s been a traditional since long time we kept the legacy on..!

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Firstly microwave nuts peal & slice them set aside further grate jaggery besides keeping milk for boiling let it come to a gentle boil then add jaggery powder mix it well of the flame burner and add few strands of saffron let it come to room temperature meanwhile burn a charcoal coil drizzle ghee & flip the pot over it to keep the smoke within the pot or add a foil cup and set in the pot with a lid.
* Step 2
Until then add also nuts to the milk & take the smoked clay pot carefully pop in all the milk with nuts let it rest & smoke in the pot for 5-10 minutes. gradually the smoked flavour has been well absorbed in milk now pop it in a serving glass & garnish with strands of saffron
* Step 3
