Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash & soak dal in water for 30 minutes on the other hand wash & chop Palak leaves further take a wok add oil to sauté onions until translucent or slightly brown then add all spices dal, Palak mix it well & add a cup of water cover the lid & cook until dal & Palak is cooked.

* Step 2

Our delicious moong dal Palak is ready to eat with hot chapatis or white rice..!
