mutton in bone

1 glass

water

1/4 teaspoon

turmeric powder

1 tablespoon

ginger garlic paste

1 teaspoon

salt

1 tablespoon

coriander leaves

3 tablespoons

cashews

3 tablespoons

almonds

2 tablespoons

ghee

2 tablespoons

oil

1/2 teaspoon

strands of saffron

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First & foremost will prepare Marg masala paste take the ingredients mentioned above & blend it to a fine paste set aside.next wash & clean mutton add in a wok with salt, turmeric powder,ginger garlic paste,water let it boil until the mutton is tender.further in another wok add ghee & oil together add the hard spices & chopped onions sauté until it’s slightly brown then add the green paste cook for 3-5 minutes.

Then add the boiled mutton with its soup in this gravy adjust the consistency of the gravy at this point then add black pepper,Garam masala powder,strands of saffron let it boil of low flame for 5 minutes or until oil & ghee separates a layer.our deliciously awesome zafrani mutton marag is ready to serve with hot homemade kulchas..!
