A very quick & healthy salad is ready with simple & available pantry ingredients.can also prepare prior traveling to any other place for a stay & store in an airtight container will be good for a week for sure and delicious as well..!
Note:- I have tried this recipe by tweaking the original recipe with nigella seeds & pepper rest all ingredients are same also can choose Persian cucumbers or baby cucumbers for This salad even organic tastes delish as I did here in the recipe…!

* Step 1
Firstly wash and clean cucumbers and dice all cubes as shown below also mins garlic cloves,shallot of onion pick a big bowl pop in raw ingredients besides mix all liquids oil,soy sauce,vinegar toss it and drizzle over the salad sprinkle salt,sugar & pepper and it’s ready..!

Pop it in a serving bowl garnish with nigella seeds and enjoy the delicious Chinese cucumber salad anytime anywhere…!
