As all spices play a very important role in our daily life cooking chili’s & peppers have a burst of flavors when it’s freshly cracked and added to a dish so yeah I mostly prefer adding freshly prepared homemade powders for most of the spices in my recipes..!

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a pressure cooker add water, chopped onions, mutton, oil, all spices leaving black pepper powder for gravy as mentioned above. cover the lid & cook until 2-3 whistles. further, cook the gravy until oil separates then add the chopped beans & slices of potatoes as shown below again add 1/2 glass water & cover the lid for 5 minutes.
* Step 2
Lastly, add black pepper powder and toss it with light hands and our delicious potato beans gravy is ready to relish with hot chapati or white rice …!
