Mutton kidneys with gravy

#mychildhoodrecipe #cookpadindia Since just the eid ul adha was held in the past week I remembered those olden days when I use to be a kid most of the Hyderabadi’z families breakfast was mutton kidneys & liver stir fried it use to be so delicious we still practice this tradition. So yeah here’s the recipe with some gravy ..!

Ingredient

Cooking time :

25-30 minutes
500 grams

mutton kidneys

1 teaspoon

salt

1 teaspoon

red chili powder

1 teaspoon

kasuri methi

2 glasses

water

3 tablespoons

coriander leaves

3 tablespoons

oil for cooking

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Firstly wash kidneys with turmeric powder so that it’s fishy smell disappears.Further take a pressure cooker pop in all ingredients spices,kidneys,oil,water leaving coriander leaves & garam masala powder cover the lid & cook till 2-3 whistles.then pop it in a Kadhai cook everything until it’s oil separates lastly add coriander leaves & Garam masala powder
