Ingredient

water

3-4 tablespoons

oil for cooking

1 Teaspoon

salt

1/2 teaspoon

turmeric powder

1/2 teaspoon

Garam masala powder

1 tablespoon

kasuri methi

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Firstly we will boil potatoes with a glass of water set aside to cool then slice them further dice onions with ginger garlic paste & green chili’s set aside besides blend fine powder of cashews

Further take a wok add oil once it is warm add the diced onions and sauté until raw smell disappears & oil separates then add the cashews powder,whisked yoghurt & all spices cook the gravy until oil separates lastly add the boiled potatoes slices,crushed kasuri methi,fennel seeds crushed and 1 cup water to adjust the consistency

Let it boil and add coriander leaves our deliciously awesome dum aloo korma is ready to relish with hot naan or kulcha..!
