Tandoori Smoked keema

It’s a an aromatic and flavorful dish to try with rice or chapati either.

Ingredient

keema

1 teaspoon

salt

1/2 teaspoon

turmeric powder

1 teaspoon

tandoori powder

1/2 teaspoon

garam masala powder

1 tablespoon

white vinegar

3 tablespoons

coriander leaves

2-3 tablespoons

oil for cooking

1 teaspoon

ghee

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Just wash mins well and drain the water completely pop in all spices mentioned above marinate the kema material and let it rest for 30 minutes.besides chop 1 onion and sauté until golden then pop in the marinated keema and stir fry until raw smell disappears and it’s cooked then add white vinegar and garnish with coriander leaves.

Our deliciously awesome Keema will be smoked burning a coin of charcoal use any steel cup or foil cup to to set a charcoal & ghee coin and cover it for 5 minutes and serve it hot …!
