A scrumptious meal with slices of tomato and gram flour batter is incredible and I am pretty sure about you can’t stop by having only one fritter .

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Firstly sift the gram flour to remove the residues. Then pop in all ingredients as shown in the picture below
* Step 2
Now add very little water to prepare a thick batter cover it and let it rest for 10- 15 minutes.besides wash and chop slices of tomatoes not too thick medium size chopped slices. Further heat up the oil in Kadhai and beat the batter once dip tomatoe slices and pop in Kadhai make sure not to overlap fritters.
* Step 3
And don’t flip immediately after adding give it 2 minutes once is golden on one side flip to another side and it’s ready gradually prepare all in similar fashion.
* Step 4
Sprinkle chat masala over it and relish the delicious tomato fritters in Iftar meal..!
