Tempered rice bagare Chawal

In my place we mostly cook this tempered rice with all kinds of chicken curries or lauki mutton curry.

Ingredient

Food ration :

2-4 servings

Cooking time :

25 minutes prep time:- 1 hour
1 tablespoon

ginger garlic paste

2 teaspoons

salt

4-6

cloves

1/2 teaspoon

cumin seeds

2 tablespoons

Coriander leaves

1/2 teaspoon

Garam masala powder

3-4 tablespoons

oil for cooking

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

I have soaked rice for around 1 hour further to start cooking take a heavy bottom wok add oil and drop chopped onions sauté until golden brown then add ginger garlic paste and all hard spices cook on low flame at this point

* Step 2

Now pop in the soaked rice without water at first then move the spoon with light hands and cook rice in it until slightly aromatic then pop water accordingly and add all other ingredients like green chilli,salt,Garam masala powder,coriander leaves.cover it and cook for 10-15 minutes on low flame burner. Let it rest for 5 minutes and our delicious tempered rice is ready to relish with any veg or no veg curries..!
