Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Firstly will take oil in Kadhai add chopped onions sauté until golden brown then add ginger garlic paste & bay leave
* Step 2
Now add the washed & cleaned chicken cook until colour changes to white then add the cashews powder and add whisked yoghurt
* Step 3
Mix occasionally and pop in all spices & 1 cup water now cook it until the chicken gets tender then cook it on simmer flame until the oil separates lastly add coriander leaves for garnishing and it’s done.
* Step 4
Enjoy delicious red chicken gravy with tandoori naan or any thing of your choice..
