Spinach masala oats

#bfday2 #masalaoats As we all are aware of the fact that oats are rich in fiber contents and spinach is also rich in iron and many more benefits to pin down . Try it in one meal and enjoy.

Ingredient

Quaker Oats

onion

10 leaves

spinach

1 cup

water

2 tablespoon

oil for cooking

1/2 teaspoon

Salt

1/2 teaspoon

turmeric powder

1/2 teaspoon

red chilli powder

1/2 teaspoon

Garam masala powder

1 tablespoon

vinegar

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Dry roast the oats and set aside further instantly prepared a spinach gravy. Take a pan add in oil chopped onions sauté for two minutes or until slightly golden then add spinach leaves and all spices. Cover it for 3-5 minutes. Cook it and sauté until oil separates now the spinach gravy is ready add oats and again add 1/2 cup water to cook oats in gravy once the oats are cooked it take around 3-5 minutes more and while it’s slightly thick remove it.

Garnish with coriander leaves and enjoy the delicious spinach masala oats healthy & tasty.
