Peri peri potato chips

Almost everyone of us loves chips . I personally love chips when I crave for instant snacks . I have tried with using my homemade peri peri mix for seasoning. Tip for crispy chips is fry it patiently on medium flame to cook well in fried on high flame and in hurry it may turn out uncooked obviously we can’t enjoy it ..! Do try out and experience it :-

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash,Peel both potatoes drop them in water. Here I have used a slicer in which I got many options I chose this strips kind for my peri peri chips. Just grate them and set aside in a Kadhai add oil set it in medium flame burner. While it’s hot enough pop chips in batches and fry it patiently until it turns slightly golden on one side then flip it

* Step 2

Once it is fried well both sides golden and nice remove it on a plate gradually fry all. Just add the peri peri mix toss it to coat on all chips and it’s done.
