#MUKHWAS It’s superb & refreshing taste at the same time it’s very good for health like fennel & cardamom seeds are good for digestion & sesame seeds ,black seeds (kalonji ) both helps in iron reserves that means it overcomes with anaemia blood deficiency. All in all it’s a wonderful post-dinner refresher. In this we can also add more ingredients like flax seeds, mint fennel etc . Do try & enjoy it :-

Ingredient

Cooking time :

5 minutes
1/4 cup

fennel seeds

1/2 cup

sesame seeds

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Grab all ingredients now dry roast only fennel seeds & sesame seeds separately slightly while it’s warm

* Step 2

Add in all ingredients together also deseed all cardamoms just mix all of them drizzle lime juice toss it & leave it for about an hour it will infuse it’s all freshness together. Then enjoy it.!

We can also store this in air tight container till we use if we prepare in more quantities it’s better to keep less for regular use. The wonderful multiseed mukhwas is ready to relish..!
