#GA4 #week13 #hyderabadi Most of the Hyderabadi people love to enjoy the breakfast with South Indian meal . That is idli , vada & dosa . And my family loves vada & dosa very much staying abroad doesn’t make us forget traditional foods which we are almost addicted too ...!

Ingredient

Food ration :

2-3 servings

Cooking time :

15 minutes
2 cups

dal mashed

1/2 teaspoon

salt

1/2 teaspoon

cumin seeds (zeera)

as required

Oil for frying

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Soak dal mash for about 3-4 hours then blend it to a fine paste with some water as the consistency must be thick to prepare vadas then add in all ingredients diced onions, green chilli, cumin seeds, baking soda, salt, coriander leaves.

* Step 2

Preheat oil in a Kadhai then take batter on a spoon prepare a whole in the center using the thumb pop it in hot oil or if you are comfortable using hand well & good just take batter on your palm pop a whole in the center then add in oil let it fry for two minutes then flip it fry it slightly golden two both sides on medium flame so it will be fried deep within. Gradually prepare all.

The deliciously awesome menu vadas for breakfast are ready to relish with tomato ketchup or coconut chutney it’s one’s own choice. My family enjoyed it with tomato ketchup!
