Fried mutton boneless

It’s the best combination food with khatti dal and white rice.

Ingredient

Food ration :

20-25 minutes
500-600 grams

mutton boneless

1/2 teaspoon

Lime juice

1 teaspoon

Red chilli powder

1/2 teaspoon

Garam masala powder

1/2 teaspoon

turmeric powder

1 teaspoon

salt

Handful

curry leaves

as per need

Oil for cooking

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash and boil the mutton in pressure cooker adding turmeric powder, salt, ginger garlic paste until 3 whistles

* Step 2

Let it cool down then open the lid and let’s start further process for frying

* Step 3

Take a pan add oil set the stove burner on medium flame and add few cumin seeds, curry leaves, green chillies & sauté for about two minutes further add the boiled mutton take only some amount of soup from mutton

* Step 4

Then add red chilli powder, Garam masala powder,lime juice and keep it on high flame let it dry completely until the mutton colour turns golden then off the flame

* Step 5

Pop in a Serving dish with garnish of coriander leaves. And enjoy with white rice & khatti dal with fried mutton...! No confusion great combination..!
