Fillet fish

Boneless and easy to cook

Ingredient

Food ration :

2-4 servings

Cooking time :

20 minutes
2 tablespoons

cornflour

as per taste

Oil for frying

as per taste

salt

2 tablespoon

ginger garlic paste,

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First mix all dry spices, cornflour, adding half lime juice make a paste, add food colour.

* Step 2

Then cut medium size fish fillets and mix all the paste prepared.

* Step 3

Let it marinate for about 30 minutes

* Step 4

Preheat oil & fry on medium flame till both sides are golden & crispy

* Step 5

Tip of the day: don’t try to flip immediately while you drop fillets in oil it may melt as it’s a frozen fish fillet. And don’t add more spices this looks very rich in taste as it soaked only simple regular spices fish will remain in its natural taste
