Drooling Chocolate doughnuts homemade..!
Now who doesn’t like doughnuts ..!
It’s almost everyone’s favorite snack to much with a cappuccino or regular coffee . I tried this @ home in my style it’s incredibly delicious as ever do try & share your experience with me my fellow authors.! It’s completely a vegetarian recipe no eggs , no yeast yet it’s delicious .

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
I have taken big cup but measured all things with same cup accordingly as mentioned above mix milk with vinegar set aside further grind sugar & cinnamon powder we’ll
* Step 2
Take a big bowl pop in all the ingredients now prepare a soft dough cover it with muslin cloth for about 50 minutes when you check it’s texture must be like if you touch with your finger it will bounce back it’s perfect
* Step 3
Take a dough & start working on rolling mat make two half’s one we will roll out with 1/2 inch thickness now using a round cutter press it the other small also press it now remove the extras
* Step 4
Keep the doughnuts aside gradually prepare all
* Step 5
Besides keep oil in Kadai to fry doughnuts while it’s hot set on medium flame burner now pop in a doughnut don’t touch it till it naturally comes up fluffy & it’s slightly golden now flip to thee side while it’s golden remove it
* Step 6
While all doughnuts are ready let them cool to room temperature then dip in your favorite chocolate ganache & top it with desiccated coconut Powder & enjoy it.

Tip of the day:- do follow all steps for best results & toppings can be changed accordingly to your taste..!
