Instant mutton masala gravy !!!!
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Firstly Chop onions then pick a pressure cooker add in all the spices, oil, mutton mentioned above add a glass of water then cover lid & cook till 3-4 whistles
* Step 3
Then open the lid and fry till the oil separates then add almond powder a cup of water to adjust the gravy consistency let it cook on simmer flame keep stirring for more five minutes garnish it with coriander add pinch of Garam masala powder
* Step 4
Tip of the day : u can add a dash of fresh cream as well while garnishing and cook for a minute and it’s ready to serve with butter nan or chapati or tandoori roti !!!!
