Usually we can prepare lots of recipes using chicken
So I try it everytime With a new twist & this too turned out awesome really!!!!!!!
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Firstly wash & take the chicken to cook
* Step 2
Besides dry roast & make fine paste of this chashews, Charoli seeds, coconut powder
* Step 3
Take a pressure cooker add some oil then add chopped onions fry it it golden brown then in that only add ginger garlic paste and chicken then fry for two minutes
* Step 4
Now gradually add all spices then add the grinded paste and curd then stirr well for five minutes let the raw smell vanish
* Step 5
Once it’s done well add 1 cup of water keep the gravy as ur choice but thick gravy is tasty in this recipe
* Step 6
Then add the coriander leaves, kasuri methi,cream stirr and close the lid for two whistles
* Step 7
Once it’s cool open the lid and keep it on low flame & taste the spices and see the oil separates add some lime juice and it’s ready.
* Step 8
It goes well with chapati & rice the yummmm dish is ready to enjoy with frndz and family.!!!!!
